Superior’s UV resistant, scratch resistant wrap doors comprise 16/18mm melamine-backed, medium density fibreboard laminated with a 3D thermal foil. Mouldability is the characteristic feature of this process. Heat and high pressure softens the material, making it possible to change shape, e.g. embossing, pressing or creating a vacuum. Durability and sharp detail are guaranteed. Our wrap doors are also resistant to alkaline and acid solutions, grease, oils, alcohol and water.
Wrap door products also carry the High Pressure Thermo-Pressed Mark of Quality which guarantees that our 200 bar high pressure thermos pressed doors offer superior adhesion, sharper detail and realistic wood impressions. Looks that do indeed last!
